Worldwide Delivery
We deliver worldwide and aim to deliver fast while striving to provide the cheapest rates. Worldwide delivery takes between 3 to10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Standard Orders under £15 - £3.65 (Monday to Friday) Delivery within 1-2 working days.
Standard Orders over £15 - £6.35 (Monday to Friday) Delivery within 1-2 working days.
International - Delivery To over 120 countries, within 2-10 working days. (Shipping Rate subject to change depending on Parcel volumetric weight)

To make a return, a link can be found to our returns request form under the essential guides tab at the bottom of every page or under the help section of the navigation bar. Your order number and email address used to place your order will be required. Once the information has been verified, you will be contacted by a member of our returns team.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please make sure that the items are returned in their original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return for a damaged/faulty item, you can contact us at team@soccer248.com. If your return is accepted, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, an order will be created for the exchange item if there is an amount to paid the goods will only be sent once payment is received.
Refunds
Please note that you only have 14 days from receipt to begin returning your items for a refund & after this period we only offer an exchange or e-voucher for the value of the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
