8. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are despatched within 24–48 hours.

If an item is not in stock, we will notify you with an expected despatch date.

10. What happens if no one is at the delivery address?

If no one is available to receive your order when our carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a notification of the attempted delivery.

The note will explain what to do next — whether you need to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, collect the parcel in person, or if the carrier will re-attempt delivery the following day.

11. How do I cancel my order?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 working day.

If you need to cancel your order before it has been posted, please contact our Customer Services team on 01727 326903 as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to stop the dispatch and process your cancellation.

12. What if I receive an unwanted item?

If you receive an item you no longer want, you can return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days of receiving it.

We will be happy to refund your money, excluding the cost of postage.
